Kilgore Service is a segmented brand under Kilgore Industries focused on commercial service and repair—built to generate leads through a modern website, SEO foundation, and an integrated MarTech system.
I developed a refreshed version of Kilgore Service as a distinct sub-brand under the Kilgore Industries umbrella—aligned to the parent brand while creating a clearer service-first identity, voice, and positioning for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repair.
I designed and launched a responsive, conversion-focused website built for SEO performance, including service architecture, location/service page strategy, on-page optimization, technical SEO fundamentals, and content structure that supports both rankings and lead capture.
To turn traffic into pipeline, I implemented a MarTech system to capture, route, and track leads—connecting forms, analytics, and reporting for ongoing optimization. I also incorporated CRM workflows to manage inbound opportunities and improve follow-up.
I executed ongoing demand generation through email campaigns and digital ads, using lead-nurture strategies to move prospects from awareness to booked calls. To support sales enablement, I created a full line of literature—brochures and catalogs designed for field and inside sales—giving reps a polished, consistent set of call-to-action assets to use in outreach and conversations.
